๐ฅฉ Classic Slow Cooker Pot Roast (Gordon Ramsay Inspired)
A timeless comfort dish — tender beef, hearty vegetables, and rich gravy, all cooked slowly to perfection.
✅ Ingredients:
◾️3 lbs beef chuck roast
◾️1 onion, chopped
◾️4 carrots, sliced
◾️4 potatoes, sliced or quartered
◾️2 cups beef broth
◾️2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️2 tsp garlic powder
◾️Salt & pepper, to taste
▶️ Instructions:
1. Season the Beef ◾️ Rub the chuck roast generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Layer the Veggies ◾️ Place onions, carrots, and potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Add the Beef ◾️ Position the roast on top of the vegetables.
4. Pour the Liquids ◾️ Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
5. Cook Low & Slow ◾️ Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours (or until beef is fork-tender).
6. Serve & Enjoy ◾️ Slice or shred the beef, serve with veggies, and drizzle with the rich gravy.
