◾️ 2 cups red wine (Burgundy or Pinot Noir)
◾️ 1 cup beef broth
◾️ 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️ 2 tbsp butter
◾️ 2 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
◾️ 1 tsp salt
◾️ ½ tsp black pepper
◾️ 1 tsp thyme
◾️ 2 bay leaves

1️⃣ Sear the Beef – Melt butter in a pan, brown beef on all sides, then transfer to slow cooker.

3️⃣ Slow Cook – Add mixture to slow cooker with carrots, broth, Worcestershire, thyme, bay leaves, salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Low & Slow – Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs or HIGH 4–5 hrs until beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
