π₯© 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

πΎ 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
π 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
π₯£ 1 cup beef broth
π₯ 1 cup milk
π± 1 tsp dried thyme
π§ 1/2 tsp salt
⚫ 1/4 tsp black pepper
πΎ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
πΏ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. π₯ Brown the beef – In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Brown beef cubes on all sides (8-10 mins).
