Tender, juicy turkey breast that practically makes its own gravy — perfect for any night of the year, not just Thanksgiving!
◾️ Ingredients
➡️1 turkey breast roast (with netting on)
➡️1/2 onion, sliced ๐ง
➡️1 gravy packet (comes with roast)
➡️Potatoes, halved or cubed ๐ฅ
➡️Salt & pepper, to taste
๐ Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Roast
Place the turkey breast roast in your slow cooker with the netting left on (it helps hold everything together).
2️⃣ Add Flavor
Top with sliced onion and pour the gravy packet over the roast. No extra liquid needed — the turkey will create plenty while cooking.
3️⃣ Add Potatoes
Drop in your potatoes around the roast.
4️⃣ Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 8 hours, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve
Remove turkey, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice. Mash the potatoes right in a pan with some of that savory cooking liquid for easy gravy.
