πŸ– A tender, melt-in-your-mouth roast with hearty veggies and rich flavors — pure comfort food!


🌟 Ingredients:

πŸ”Ή 3 lb beef chuck roast

πŸ”Ή 🍷 1 cup red wine (or extra beef broth)

πŸ”Ή πŸ… 2 tbsp tomato paste

πŸ”Ή 🌿 2 tsp dried thyme

πŸ”Ή 🌿 2 tsp dried rosemary

1️⃣ Season roast with πŸ§‚ salt & pepper.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet → sear roast on all sides until browned. ➡️ Transfer to slow cooker.

3️⃣ Add πŸ§„ garlic + πŸ§… onion to the skillet, sautΓ© until fragrant.

4️⃣ Place πŸ₯• carrots + πŸ₯” potatoes around roast in slow cooker. Top with garlic & onion.
