πΉ Ingredients:
◾️ 6 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
◾️ 4 tbsp butter, divided
◾️ 6 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 1/4 cup chicken broth
◾️ 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
◾️ 1 tsp dried thyme
◾️ 1/2 tsp salt
◾️ 1/4 tsp black pepper
◾️ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
◾️ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
▶️ Instructions:
1. π Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
2. π In a small bowl, whisk chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and thyme.
3. π Melt half of the butter in the bottom of the slow cooker.
4. π Dredge pork chops lightly in flour; shake off excess.
5. π Place chops in the slow cooker over the melted butter.
6. π Pour broth mixture on top.
7. π Dot chops with remaining butter & sprinkle minced garlic.
8. π Cover & cook:
• Low: 6–8 hours
• High: 3–4 hours
(until tender & fork-shredded).
9. π Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
