🔸️2 tbsp olive oil
🔸️1 tbsp butter
🔸️1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
🔸️1 tsp garlic powder
🔸️½ tsp smoked paprika
🔸️Salt and black pepper, to taste
🚨For the Cheesy Rigatoni:
🔸️12 oz rigatoni pasta
🔸️2 tbsp butter
🔸️4 garlic cloves, minced
🔸️1½ cups heavy cream
🔸️½ cup whole milk
🔸️4 oz cream cheese, softened
🔸️1¼ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
🔸️1 cup shredded mozzarella
🔸️½ tsp Cajun seasoning
🔸️Salt and pepper, to taste
🔸️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Cook the Pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the rigatoni until just tender (al dente). Drain and save ½ cup of pasta water. Set pasta aside.
✅️2. Sear the Steak Tips
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
Add 1 tbsp butter near the end and spoon it over the meat. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
✅️3. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the cream and milk. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until thick and cheesy.
Add salt and pepper. Use a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
✅️4. Put It All Together
Stir cooked pasta into the sauce. Gently fold in the steak tips.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavors blend together.
✅️5. Serve
Top with fresh parsley and serve hot and cheesy!
