Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips and Mushrooms

 



This Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips & Mushrooms recipe is the definition of comfort food! Tender beef tips slow-cooked with garlic, onions, and mushrooms, all smothered in a rich and creamy sauce.  👉Ingredients:

↪️2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips

↪️1 cup beef broth

↪️1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

↪️1 packet ranch seasoning mix

↪️1 packet onion soup mix

↪️1 cup sliced mushrooms

↪️1 tbsp minced garlic

↪️1 medium onion, chopped

↪️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

↪️½ cup heavy cream

↪️Salt and pepper to taste


 👉Directions:

 ✅️Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef tips for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.

 ✅️Add the Seasonings: Add the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning mix, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic to the crockpot. Stir everything together to combine.

 ✅️Add the Veggies: Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped onions to the mixture in the crockpot. Stir again to combine.

 ✅️Slow Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
