๐ฅฉ๐ง Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Steak Bake with Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes

๐ Ingredients
For the Chicken & Steak:
◾️ 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
◾️ 2 steak cuts (ribeye or sirloin)
◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 2 tbsp butter
◾️ 4 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️ ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
◾️ 1 tsp dried oregano
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste
◾️ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Mashed Potatoes:
◾️ 4 large potatoes, peeled & diced
◾️ ½ cup sour cream
◾️ ¼ cup butter
◾️ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
◾️ ½ cup milk (or more for desired consistency)
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste
๐ฉ๐ณ Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
2️⃣ Boil potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain and mash.
3️⃣ Mix in sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, and milk. Season with salt & pepper. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
4️⃣ Season chicken and steaks with salt, pepper, and oregano.
5️⃣ Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
6️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter, sautรฉ garlic for 1–2 minutes, then cook steaks to your preferred doneness (about 3–5 minutes per side for medium).
7️⃣ Arrange chicken and steaks over the mashed potatoes.
8️⃣ Top with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
